• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Managers.
• Provide accurate labor and time estimates.
• Ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor technician trainees as needed.
• Attend manufacturer and dealership training sessions.
• Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins.
