Job summary

Mavis Tire is hiring General Service Technicians in the York, PA area. Full-time positions with paid training, competitive weekly pay, and weekly incentive compensation.

You'll work at our automotive service centers, performing tire services and general maintenance alongside experienced pros. Responsibilities include mounting/dismounting tires, oil changes, fluid checks, inspections, and keeping a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsibilities

Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
Performing flat tire repairs.
Completing oil and filter changes.
Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Following established safety and service procedures.
Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
