Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) at Texan Dodge, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, in Humble, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and service vehicles, while delivering high-quality customer care and adhering to dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Hold a valid in-state driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders per dealership and factory standards.
• Address customers' concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' goals.
• Operate the Ken Garff DMS for work distribution, inspections, quotes and timekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness in the shop and inside customer vehicles.
