Job summary

Rydell Cadillac in Grand Forks, ND is seeking Service Technicians to join our busy Service Department. We offer sign-on and relocation bonuses up to $10,000 paid in the first year, plus a steady work schedule in a well-equipped shop.

You will diagnose and repair automotive systems, communicate with Service Advisors, and strive for excellent customer satisfaction. ASE certifications are ideal, and a strong automotive background with clean driver's license is expected.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background required.
• Teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor regarding needed additional work and time estimates.
• Perform warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications.
