Big Brand Tire & Service in Pleasanton is seeking a General Service Technician. You will mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires, perform oil changes, repair flats, and document findings as part of a fast-paced team delivering elite service.

The role requires 1–3 years of automotive experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. We offer competitive hourly pay, overtime, and opportunities for growth into senior shop roles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional automotive service experience (tires, oil, brakes, suspension)
• Hands-on ability with preventative maintenance and light mechanical work
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to lift 70 lbs
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Motivated to grow in a fast-paced shop
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats, perform oil changes, replace filters
• Perform courtesy inspections and document findings
• Test and install batteries; diagnose and perform brake jobs
• Handle suspension repairs
• Perform alignments and steering system repairs
• Replace under-hood components
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work as a team to deliver fast accurate elite service
