Fred Beans Automotive Group is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians and Mechanics for Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown. You will perform routine maintenance and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues across multiple vehicle makes and models.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Ford vehicles.
• ASE certification (preferred but not required).
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on various vehicle makes and models.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and special service tools to efficiently complete repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing training programs.
