Job summary

Billion Automotive in Rapid City, SD is hiring Service Technicians for full-time work. You will repair and diagnose vehicles, communicate with parts, and document all work while maintaining dealership standards. ASE certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and diagnosing vehicles.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Maintain a positive dynamic attitude and resilience.
• Own tools to perform automotive repairs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as outlined on repair orders to dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnoses causes of malfunctions and performs repairs.
• Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Examines vehicles to determine if further safety or service work is required.
• Notifies service advisor if additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed in time.
• Documents all work performed on the repair order.
• Reports machinery defects to supervisor.
• Keeps customers' cars clean and informed of changes.
• Other tasks as assigned.
