Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking a General Service Technician to deliver quality automotive service and timely repairs at our Memphis area locations. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and adherence to company values while working within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire care, fluid checks, and vehicle inspections. No prior experience required, but basic car care knowledge and a positive attitude help. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Mechanical inclination and willingness to pass background/drug tests.
• Customer-focused with ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and oil filters in cars and light trucks.
• Provide tire care including installation, repair and rotation.
• Inspect and top off engine fluids.
• Lubricate frontend parts as needed.
• Perform vehicle inspections using a checklist of potential trouble spots.
• Move and park customer vehicles in service bays.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and teamwork.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and safe.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
