Job summary

val's services is seeking a General Service Technician in Mobile, AL. You will perform basic non-technical vehicle services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and fluid flushes.

You will train alongside ASE Certified Technicians to advance automotive skills and pursue ASE certification. Responsibilities include operating vehicles safely, inspections, tire mounting/dismounting, and following safety/quality standards.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass an MVR screening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and be available Mon–Sat.

Job description

Role

The General Service Technician performs basic non-technical vehicle services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and fluid flushes. Working alongside ASE Certified Technicians, they receive training to advance their automotive skills and pursue ASE certification.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles for customer transportation and parts pickup, conduct vehicle inspections, perform tire mounting/dismounting, and execute basic services following safety and quality standards. Maintain a clean work environment and report safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior automotive experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are essential. Must possess a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and pass an MVR screening. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and flexibility to work Monday through Saturday are required.

Compensation & Benefits
