Job summary

Bobby Rahal Honda of State College is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our state college service team. Based at 2796 W College Ave, you will diagnose and repair vehicles with a focus on quality and safety, using your troubleshooting skills and hands-on expertise.

You must have PA state emissions and inspections licenses to qualify. We offer comprehensive benefits, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement within the Bobby Rahal team.

Qualifications

• Must have PA emissions and inspections licenses.
• AC certification is preferred.
• ASE training is preferred.
• Must have your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify vehicle problems using troubleshooting skills and provide honest maintenance recommendations.
• Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and general automotive systems.
• Stay current with factory training and knowledge.

What You'll Do

Using your excellent troubleshooting skills, you correctly identify problems with our clients' vehicles. You give honest recommendations for upcoming vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You enjoy being able to work with your hands as you accurately and efficiently perform repair work on mechanical, electrical, and general automotive systems. Your positive attitude along with your ability to stay on top of the latest knowledge and factory training ensure your success in this role. Please note, you must already have your PA state emissions and inspections licenses to be qualified for this position.
