Job summary

Revology Cars seeks a Service Technician to perform automotive service, repair, and assembly with a primary focus on bodywork and paint. The role requires confidence across the entire vehicle and attention to appearance.

You will weld, fit, and finish panels and ensure tight tolerances on doors, fenders, and trim. You should have at least 5 years in heavy collision repair or restoration, a high school diploma or GED, and a technical auto-body program or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in heavy collision repair, custom car builds, automotive repair, diagnostics, and/or restoration.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical program in auto body repair or equivalent experience in automotive body/restoration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to use an iPad.
• Paid work test will be required to demonstrate skills.

Responsibilities

• Weld, fit, gap, and finish body panels to precise quality standards.
• Use metalworking techniques to shape and repair panels accurately without warping or excessive filler.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint through blocking, sanding, masking, primer application, wet sanding, and buffing.
• Install and align doors, fenders, hoods, fascias, bumpers, windows, trim, moldings, and related components to tight tolerances.
• Adjust doors and windows to meet gap specifications, eliminate wind noise, and ensure watertight fitment.
• Perform general mechanical maintenance, including fluid checks, cooling system service, and final quality checks.

About The Job

The Service Technician will perform a variety of automotive service, repair, and assembly tasks, with a primary focus on bodywork and paint. This is a multi-skilled role that requires confidence working across the entire vehicle, with close attention to appearance. Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

• Weld, fit, gap, and finish body panels to precise quality standards
• Use metalworking techniques to shape and repair panels accurately without warping or excessive filler

Pay And Benefits

• $28-$40/hour depending on skills and experience
• This is not a flat-rate job - the pay is stable, and you don't have to worry about not being assigned enough hours
