• Identify maintenance needs, safety concerns and visible issues.
• Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics as needed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Follow shop procedures, safety standards and service processes.
• Use basic tools and equipment properly.
• Communicate with service advisors, technicians and management.
• Learn proper repair procedures and diagnostic basics.
• Work as part of a team to provide a great customer experience.
