Job summary

BIG O TIRES - Monteverde Group is looking for skilled Automotive Service Technicians / Mechanics to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles. You will work with customers and team to identify issues, propose solutions, and complete repairs safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of proven automotive service technician experience.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Must provide own tools and equipment.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and after-hours.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Pre-employment drug screen, MVR, and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure performance and safety.
• Identify issues and recommend repairs while communicating with customers.
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes and tire rotations.
• Use tools and computer systems per manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and timelines.
• Follow safety guidelines for a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high‑quality automotive services.
