Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to service and repair vehicles to the highest standards. The role may include pre-delivery checks on new vehicles to ensure optimal condition and customer satisfaction.

A valid driver’s license, a positive attitude, and good communication are essential. The ideal candidate may have a high school diploma or GED, some automotive training, dealer or large facility experience, and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, customer service, and professional appearance.
• Ability to read instructions and perform basic computer tasks.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service inspections and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations and standards.
• Assist in maintaining shop safety, inventory, and efficiency.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
