Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to service and repair vehicles following established standards. The role may include pre-delivery checks for new vehicles to ensure excellent working order and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level or large facility experience, ASE certification is a plus, and an unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with strong safety and customer service orientation.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions; able to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles while performing service or repairs.
• Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance jobs.
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs efficiently.
• Follows all shop policy, safety, and environmental rules.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
