Job summary

Key Auto Group in Hartford, VT is seeking a Dealership Service Technician for White River Chevrolet. The role offers a flat rate pay up to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities include servicing vehicles to dealership standards, testing and diagnosing systems, and communicating with service advisors about needed repairs and time estimates, with warranty work to manufacturer specs.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification is required.
• B level qualifications; diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills.
• Dexterity and steady hand coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension and brakes.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional work and provide time estimates for repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
