Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• B level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical and engine repair.
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mindset.
• Enjoy fast-paced environment and be a team player.
• Ability to learn new technology and service procedures; operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed service and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
