Job summary

Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage is seeking Service Technicians at all levels to join our award-winning team. We offer flat rate pay based on experience, with a competitive range and opportunities to earn through performance.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, weekends off. You'll perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs, document findings, stay current with manufacturer training, and thrive in a collaborative, results-driven environment within a premium automotive brand.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of automotive technician experience.
• Automotive technical training or certifications.
• Basic diagnostic skills.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Accurately document findings and recommended repairs.
• Work collaboratively with advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Stay current with manufacturer training and certifications.
