Job summary

Baxter Subaru La Vista is seeking an Automotive Service Technician to perform diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting. You will road-test vehicles, communicate status and ETA to service advisors, and maintain shop organization while collaborating with the team.

The role emphasizes ongoing technical training, adherence to safety practices, and willingness to take on other duties as assigned by management. Competitive pay and full-time schedule are provided.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
ASE Certified preferred.
Experience in automotive service is a plus.

Responsibilities

Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work.
Communicate with service advisors regarding status and ETA for customers.
Continuously learn new technical information through formal training to stay current.
Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
