Job summary

Nissan Williamsburg is hiring a Nissan Service Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform maintenance, and deliver outstanding customer service in Williamsburg, VA. This full-time, in-house role supports vehicle safety and reliability for our customers.

Responsibilities include using diagnostic tools, communicating repair findings to customers, and keeping precise service records while adhering to safety standards and continuous training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nissan technician preferred.
• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Proficient with diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix problems.
• Provide accurate and timely repair estimates to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs and services performed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
