• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs with customer authorization.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety/reliability improvements.
• Document all work on the repair order and maintain tool inventory.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and training; provide excellent customer experience.
