Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and good communication; prior automotive experience is a plus.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds in a dynamic shop.
• Safety-first mindset with a valid driver's license; manual transmission experience is a bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 18+ to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are properly aligned using top-notch equipment and Advanced Driver Assistance System tech.
• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes and tire service such as installation, repair, and balancing.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and support the team to keep the shop running.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and help customers feel part of the Tire Discounters family.
