Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive service experience required.
• Sign-on bonus eligibility requires dealership terms and conditions.
• ASE/Manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Automotive technical school graduation preferred.
• Clean driving record and ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and accurately diagnose problems.
• Perform quality repair and maintenance work in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and repair systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and more.
• Provide accurate estimates of time and parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Build and maintain knowledge of products, services, and repair procedures through on-the-job and manufacturer training.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Skills

Automotive service experience

5+ years experience

Kia/Hyundai experience

ASE certifications preferred

Manufacturer certifications preferred

Education
