Job summary

Selinsgrove Ford in Selinsgrove, PA is seeking an experienced Ford Certified Service Technician. The ideal candidate will hold Ford and ASE certifications, have 2+ years of automotive service experience, and demonstrate strong diagnostic and repair skills.

You will diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, complete repair orders to Ford standards, and communicate with service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ford Certification required.
• ASE Certification required.
• 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred.
• B-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
• Previous Ford dealership experience a plus.
• Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications.
• Steady hands, excellent hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and Ford factory standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate directly with service advisors to keep customers informed of additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates
