Job summary

Gilleland Cadillac in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team at St Cloud Quick Lube. You will diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and help ensure safety and roadworthiness.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, completed an automotive technician program or related experience, ASE certification is a plus, and strong mechanical and electrical skills with excellent customer communication.

Qualifications

• Completion of an automotive service technician program or equivalent experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed on vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a desire to provide exceptional service to our customers. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring that they are safe and roadworthy.
