About Vaughn Ford – Proudly Serving Northeast Arkansas for 50 Years

For five decades, Vaughn Ford has been a cornerstone of Marked Tree and Northeast Arkansas—built on honesty, hard work, and hometown pride. Founded by Eugene “Gene” Vaughn in 1975, our dealership has grown from a small-town dream into a trusted name known for integrity, quality, and community service.

At Vaughn Ford, you’re not just an employee—you’re part of a family that treats customers like neighbors and believes in doing things the right way. We’ve served generations of families from Marion, Marked Tree, and across the region, keeping Gene’s legacy alive by combining professional excellence with genuine small-town values.

Vaughn Ford — celebrating 50 years of integrity, service, and hometown care.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair all vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, steering, suspension, and A/C)

  • Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues

  • Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed

  • Perform warranty work to manufacturer standards

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of hands-on technician experience (Ford or ASE Certified preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • B-Level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

  • Comfortable using modern diagnostic technology and service software

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
