Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Diagnose, maintain, and repair all vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, steering, suspension, and A/C)
Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues
Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed
Perform warranty work to manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
2+ years of hands-on technician experience (Ford or ASE Certified preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
B-Level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Comfortable using modern diagnostic technology and service software
Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Competitive flat-rate pay — $30–$50/hr based on experience and certification
