You will own each repair from initial diagnosis through final documentation while meeting manufacturer, dealership and safety standards.

Diagnostics & Repair

• Diagnose, repair and maintain Kia vehicles and other makes to manufacturer standards.
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake work, tire rotations and inspections.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and technical resources to identify customer concerns accurately.
• Recommend additional repairs or maintenance when inspection findings support them.

Communication & Shop Standards

• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding diagnosis, repair progress and vehicle status.
• Document all work performed completely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and productive work area.
• Follow dealership safety, quality and compliance procedures at all times.

Experience and requirements for success.

At least five years of automotive service or repair experience is required. ASE certification is preferred; certification support is available. Kia-system familiarity is helpful but not required; training is available. Transmission experience and bilingual Spanish/English skills are valued. High school diploma or GED plus a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and successfully complete required background, MVR and drug screening.
