Job summary

Anderson Ford Woody Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking Ford-certified technicians at A, B and C levels with strong earning potential and sign-on bonuses. Competitive pay includes state-of-the-art facility, full benefits, and relocation support.

Responsibilities include diagnosing malfunctions, performing a wide range of automotive repairs, and communicating required fixes to Advisors. Ongoing Ford training and a family-friendly team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• ASE Certifications OR Ford and/or other OEM Certifications.
• Three or more years' experience and/or training.
• Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs.
• General mechanical skills and manual dexterity.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (no DUI, suspension, or reckless driving in past 3 years).
• Ability to pass random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs.
• Honestly assess vehicles and communicate necessary repairs.
• Communicate cause and correction to Advisors.
• Complete full and accurate multi-point inspections.
• Stay on top of diagnostic and repair procedures with ongoing Ford training.
• Master Ford diagnostic tools.
