Job summary

Ford Greeley, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician who demonstrates respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. This role offers opportunities for professional certification and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, based on experience and Ford certification level.

You’ll perform efficient repairs, run electronic inspections, and use the Dealer Management System to manage work orders.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive technician experience preferred
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. with valid state license

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection with video on every vehicle; notify if additional work or time is needed
• Master the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, inspections, quotes, communication and time keeping
• Complete required training as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in customer vehicles
