Job summary

Karl Malone Group in El Dorado, AR is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to work in a certified shop. You will help support customers through the timely repair and delivery of their vehicle.

Ideal candidates have a strong automotive background, teamwork and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a family-centered workplace with Sundays off.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs per repair order with efficiency and accuracy on vehicle systems.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Execute repairs under manufacturer warranty specifications.
• Keep the work area clean and safe per regulations.

Karl Malone Groupis seeking a full-timeExperienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop. As a member of ourteam, you will help support customers through the timely repair and delivery oftheir vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per repair order with efficiency andaccuracy. This may include but is not limited to the repair of vehicleautomotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering,suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Test a vehicle’s components, and systems using necessarytest drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor regardingthe vehicle’s status and any additional needs. If additional repairs areneeded, provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs.
• Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner andmaintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed orneeded.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturerspecifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area followingprescribed safety regulations.
