Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair a range of vehicle systems, from engines to brakes and climate control. You will follow factory guidelines and collaborate with teammates to complete work safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in automotive repair
• Maryland State Inspector a plus
• Flexible and team oriented
• Have your own tools

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive systems including maintenance, engine, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, heating and air conditioning
• Comply with company safety policies
• Follow factory guidelines to complete maintenance and repair work efficiently and safely
• Communicate with team members, service advisors, and shop foreman regarding status of work
• Willingness to learn new technical procedures and information

Responsibilities

• Ability to diagnose and repair various Automotive systems including, but not limited to, maintenance, engine, transmissions, steering systems, brakes, suspensions, heating and air conditioning, etc.
• Comply with company Safety Policies.
• Follow Factory guidelines to efficiently and safely complete the assigned maintenance and repair work.
• Communicate with Team Members, Service Advisors, and the Shop Foreman regarding the status and completion of work performed.
• Willingness to learn new technical procedures and information.

Qualifications

Automotive Technician / Mechanic Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience or ASE's or GM Certifications or Honda Certification or equivalent training
• Maryland State Inspector a plus
• Flexible and team oriented
• Efficient automotive knowledge as well as familiarity with various shop and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license
• Have your own tools
