Job summary

Martin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Technician for our Toyota Cleveland Heights dealership. You will work in a well‑equipped, air‑conditioned shop, with supportive management and a team that collaborates to get results.

Expect fair scheduling and ongoing training to keep you at the top of your trade. The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, using diagnostic tools, and communicating with the Service Advisor about needed additional work.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the automobile industry.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Computer literate.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
• Complete online multi-point inspection report.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
