Job summary

Frank Leta Automotive Group in Cape Girardeau, MO, is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform repairs and regular maintenance for ALL MAKES & MODELS to dealership standards. You’ll diagnose issues with professional tools and coordinate with Service Advisors on recommended repairs.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills, experience with engine, transmission, electrical, and A/C systems, and a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Experience with engine, transmission and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues using diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance to dealership standards (ALL MAKES & MODELS).
• Diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Repair engine, transmission, brake, electrical, and A/C systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisors on recommended repairs.
• Complete warranty work according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.

• Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction
• Need to have experience with engine, transmission, and electrical systems
• Two-plus years of experience.
