Martin Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our local dealership team. You will perform repairs, test components and systems, and ensure top-quality service for our customers.

We require at least two years of auto technician experience, knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, and a valid driver’s license. Manufacturer certifications are a plus; we offer medical/dental/vision, 401k, weekly pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a 3-day work week with 10-hour shifts.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Computer literate with diagnostic equipment experience.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Manufacturer certifications are a plus.

• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; including test drives as needed.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services needed; complete online multi-point inspection reports.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Computer literate, with experience using diagnostic equipment.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic tools.

The President’s Club is an exclusive club for our most elite technicians. The criteria are based on both flag hours and clock hours. Any technician that clocks at least 1900 hours and flags at least 2000 hours within a calendar year is eligible. To honor this huge achievement, the technician is invited to attend the Martin Group’s annual Awards Banquet. At the banquet, the hard working team members will be given a recognition plaque and a check based on his or her years with the organization, and are eligible for a company demo.
