Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County is seeking an Automotive Service Technician Apprentice in Ephrata, PA. You will start by learning from our factory-certified technicians and gain practical, hands-on experience that builds a pathway to advancement within our organization.

You'll work Monday through Friday, with a schedule that supports professional growth while you develop emissions and inspections licensing, and earn competitive pay as you train alongside a skilled team in a modern shop

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid state emissions and inspections licenses or willingness to acquire during training period.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Learn from factory certified Automotive Service Technicians and gain hands-on training.
• Work alongside skilled technicians to develop practical know‑how for advancement.
• Demonstrate integrity and transparency in daily service activities.
