Landmark Cadillac-Mitsubishi in Springfield, IL is looking for an Automotive Service/Lot Porter to support the service team with vehicle movement, customer interactions, and keeping the lot tidy.

You will greet customers, move vehicles, assist service advisors, and help maintain safety and organization in a fast-paced dealership environment. Prior automotive or customer service experience is a plus; you will work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the service department with professionalism and courtesy.
• Move vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and dealership lots as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of service areas, parking lots, and customer waiting areas.
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked and organized for efficient service operations.
• Assist service advisors and technicians by retrieving vehicles for customers.
• Perform light cleaning of customer vehicles, such as vacuuming and exterior washes.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to check for any pre-existing damage.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by following dealership safety protocols.
