Job summary

Lou Fusz Automotive Network is seeking a Service Department Porter to keep the service drive organized, move vehicles efficiently, and support service staff. This union position offers a chance to grow within a team-focused environment.

The role involves greeting customers, moving vehicles, assisting with check-in/out, cleaning, and ensuring safety and organization across the service area. Prior automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver0s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Move customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and other designated locations.
• Pickup and deliver customer vehicles as needed.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle movement and parking.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition when required.
• Maintain an organized and efficient service drive.
• Keep customer parking areas, service lanes, and work areas clean and presentable.
• Retrieve customer vehicles when repairs or services are completed.
• Deliver vehicles to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of loaner and company vehicles.
