Job summary

DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks is hiring for a Service Porter in California. The role involves greeting customers, moving and parking vehicles, and preparing cars for delivery in a fast-paced service department.

We offer on-the-job training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for career advancement within Lithia & Driveway. This is a 5-day work week with varying hours; training is provided. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Punctual, dependable, and able to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving at the service department and provide a friendly first impression.
• Move and park customer and dealership vehicles safely in the service area and lot.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, parking areas, and service department.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle transportation and daily operational support.
