Job summary

Guaranteed Motor Cars in Illinois is seeking a Dealership Service Porter to help manage the service stalls and vehicle flow across the auto group grounds. You will keep vehicles moving, assist service advisors, and ensure a clean, organized work area to support customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include moving customer vehicles, cleaning interiors and exteriors, and responding to customer requests with a friendly, service-oriented attitude while upholding dealership standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Move customer vehicles and manage vehicle flow within all areas of the auto group grounds
• Collaborate with the service advisors to perform assigned duties and ensure dealership standards are upheld
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles and maintain the cleanliness of service stalls and parking areas
• Respond to customer inquiries with a service-oriented attitude
