Job summary

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a Service Porter to join the service department. You will assist with moving vehicles, keep the lot organized, and provide excellent customer service to our customers and staff.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform various tasks, including walking and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles within the service department.
• Keep the service area and lot organized, clean, and orderly.
• Assist service technicians with retrieving and delivering vehicles.
• Provide support to the service team during busy periods.
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate areas.
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
