Kendall Auto Group in Eugene, OR is seeking a Service Porter for the Kendall Ford Team. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in our automotive service operations and room to grow within a long-standing Pacific Northwest dealer group.

You will move and park vehicles, provide friendly customer service, assist service advisors, collect basic vehicle information, and help with shop tasks including parts retrieval, vehicle washing, and janitorial duties.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Willingness to learn automotive industry basics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move and park service vehicles as needed.
• Provide superior customer service to service clients.
• Direct service customers to the appropriate advisor.
• Obtain basic information from vehicles for the check-in process.
• Retrieve parts and supplies as required.
• Operate snow removal equipment when needed.
• Wash exterior of vehicles and vacuum interiors.
• Assist with janitorial tasks to keep the service area clean.
