Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
• Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the service area and directs them appropriately.
• Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
• Controls service traffic flow and assists with loaner vehicles as needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe service drive area.
• Delivers vehicle keys and repair orders to Service Advisors.
