Qualifications

• At least 1-year customer service experience in a similar role.
• A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service representative.
• Obtain and maintain customer information sheets.
• Prepare customer vehicles for service.
• Wash and vacuum cars.
• Maintain the dealership area so that it is clean and well-stocked.
• Assist with customer inquiries and answer any questions they may have.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with an hourly rate of $16 - $17 an hour to be paid each week. In addition to the base wage, the company also offers a comprehensive benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, and 401k packages.
