Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Service Porter to join our team in Texas. The role involves keeping inventory visually appealing, tagging vehicles, and maintaining orderly lots for both cars and motorcycles.

You will move vehicles within the dealership and assist with general shop duties. The ideal candidate holds a valid motorcycle endorsement with a clean record, demonstrates a positive attitude and strong communication skills, and can lift 50 lbs and move up to 1000 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid motorcycle endorsement license and have a clean record.
• Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move a motorcycle up to 1000 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle inventory appearance by cleaning interiors and exteriors.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly and move motorcycles as directed by management.
• Sweep, shovel or vacuum debris and remove containers from work areas.
• Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and standards compliance.
• Move vehicles to and from service lane and parking areas as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
