Job summary

Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail in Indian Trail, NC is seeking a full-time service lot attendant. You will park and retrieve customer vehicles, assist with car wash preparation, and keep the service drive clean. Some days require backing up the shuttle driver and supporting cashier duties for repair orders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Pre-employment drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customers' vehicles at drop off and pick up.
• Run completed vehicles through the car wash when possible.
• Sweep service drive floors and clean windows in the service area.
• Back up the shuttle driver when needed.
• Test batteries and measure tire tread depths for entering vehicles.

Position Type: Full Time

Primary Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customers; vehicles at drop off and pick up
• Run completed vehicles through car wash when possible
• Sweep service drive floors and clean windows in service area
• Back up to shuttle driver when needed
• Test batteries and take tire tread depth measurements on customer vehicles entering
  the service drive
• Assist with cashiering duties for customer repair orders when needed
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.
