Harbin Automotive in Scottsboro, AL is seeking an attentive Service Porter to support our busy service drive. You will pick up and drop off customer vehicles, coordinate with the Service Department, and help maintain a positive, professional guest experience.

This role requires a flexible schedule, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. You’ll operate vehicles around the lot and support various duties to accelerate service throughput while upholding Harbin Automotive’s commitment

Qualifications

• Flexible schedules and some Saturdays
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eager to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsabilités

• Pick up and deliver service customers vehicles daily
• Work collaboratively with the Service Department
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate photo booth
• Perform other duties as assigned
