Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive service operations.
• Proven Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, technicians, and leadership.
• Experience managing an automotive service department or related supervisory role in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of OEM standards, warranty processes, and service management software (DMS systems).
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma required; additional technical training, ASE certifications, or automotive management education are beneficial.

Responsibilities
