Qualifications

  • 3+ years of automotive service management or leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership service operations and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, decisive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing service team (advisors, technicians, support staff).
  • Drive service department profitability while maintaining top-tier CSI scores.
  • Oversee daily operations including workflow, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor KPIs including labor efficiency, ELR, CP/RO, and retention.
