Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring Automotive Assistant Managers and Service Managers for full-time roles in the Davie, FL area. You will support store operations, manage schedules for technicians, assist customers with vehicle services, and help drive sales and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 1 year of automotive parts, tire sales, repair, or related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient, safe, and effective store operations.
• Schedule and coordinate mechanics and technicians.
• Manage outside orders and service workflow.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of customer vehicles.
• Help enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Support the team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Assist customers with tire selections and service needs.
• Coordinate workflow of technicians and monitor repairs.
