Ciocca Automotive is seeking a motivated professional for our Manager in Training program in the Lehigh Valley area. The role offers a path to leadership within our service and sales teams, with opportunities to impact customer experiences and community presence.

The ideal candidate brings management or supervisory exposure in an automotive setting, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
